Nova Mineralis Hotel

A site in a naturally beautiful setting by the sea, our approach for this project was to ensure every hotel room could enjoy an inspiring view, maximising guest experience, income generation opportunities and sustainability.

Focusing on the juxtaposition between the man-made and natural environments, we prioritised room outlook in our designs, harnessing the best of the local environment to ensure the natural landscape and bay area could be enjoyed from all 72 rooms. A tiled pattern ties the exterior and interior together, which continues through to tiled ceilings and soffits that become the project’s ‘façade’, also providing an unexpected vision of creativity when looking up at the hotel from ground level.
