A balanced solution for a residential tower block on a complex site in central Singapore

To create a sought-after residential hub in downtown Singapore, we devised a concept that equalised the value of a new building, adding original qualities to each floor of the tower. We enhanced the potential of the traditionally high-value upper stories and created a domestic, low-rise feeling on lower floors, using space intelligently to create additional usable areas in gardens and terraces.

Resulting in 93 unique apartments and creating a residential landmark in Singapore, we also maximised income revenue generation opportunities for our client.

The project is the result of a hybridisation of two living modes; vertical tower and horizontal slab.

An architecture that responds to its contextual richness, creatively plays with the building regulations, and designs opportunities for luxurious flats with vertical gardens. Interiors are enhanced by the depth created with a double façade system.
