The extension of the existing historical structure on the outskirts of Paris required a response to both its physical constraints as well as the new urban landscape that had developed around it over time.
The project offers 4 new modern dwellings crowning the existing building. Contemporary large windows and terraces are blended within an elegant timber façade that preserves the proportions of the original openings.
L'extension de l'édifice historique existant en périphérie parisienne a nécessité une réponse à la fois à ses contraintes physiques et au nouveau paysage urbain qui s'était développé autour de lui au fil du temps.
Le projet propose 4 nouveaux logements modernes couronnant le bâtiment existant. De grandes fenêtres et terrasses contemporaines se fondent dans une élégante façade en bois qui conserve les proportions des ouvertures d'origine.
