At the heart of this complex are three ovoidal structures, each varying in height, designed to complement and enhance the surrounding cityscape. These structures coalesce around a central core, establishing a fluid and interconnected environment.

The project's distinctive feature is its focus on maximizing city views, achieved through innovative wintergardens that line the façade. These double-height, semi-external spaces are infused with natural light and vegetation, creating a serene ambiance for both work and relaxation.

The ground level is a hive of public activity, offering diverse amenities and contributing to the vibrant street life. The design philosophy extends to the Plaza, a communal space that not only serves the complex but also enriches the wider urban area.

The varied building heights specifically address the imperative of creating more inviting office spaces that encourage a return to offices post-COVID. The result is a multifunctional business complex that not only stands out as a landmark but also seamlessly integrates with its environment, offering a compelling setting for modern workspaces.

The building’s facade incorporates a recessed angle on the lower floors and a vertical extrusion above, optimising natural light and blending elegantly with its surroundings. The facade’s rhythm is set by alternately positioned panels and a colour gradient that echoes the building’s curves and the local brickwork.

The project features innovative winter gardens along the east and west facades. These spaces serve as serene breakout areas, filled with natural light and greenery, offering picturesque views. They are ingeniously designed as double-height, semi-external spaces, alternating between floors for optimal natural ventilation and reduced servicing needs.
